Exercising our Curious Minds

Take a look at some of the STEM activities we have engaged in during the past school year. Children always enjoy the hands on and practical nature of Science, Maths, Engineering and Technology activities. They ask questions and are challenged by questions and activities themselves. This work in STEM sparks a natural curiosity in the children and inspires them to explore the world around them, discover how it works and how we can protect and make it better. Children also gain valuable experience collaborating and working cooperatively in groups. This year 5th and 6th class students had the opportunity to tutor and support younger children, developing valuable leadership and mentoring skills.
