Scoil Naomh Eoin Welcomes Cork Players

June 19, 2023

Staff and pupils at Scoil Naomh Eoin were delighted to welcome our past pupils Diarmuid Healy, James O’Leary, Cain Walsh and Áine Hallahan, as well as Dara Kiniry on Friday. Each of them have represented Cork in GAA games this year.

Diarmuid played on the U20 hurling team who won the Munster and All Ireland hurling finals. James played on the U17 hurling team who reached the Munster final and qualified for the All Ireland semi-final. Cain played on the Celtic challenge team who were victorious over Dublin. Áine played on the minor ladies football team, and Dara was on the Senior ladies football team who beat Kerry in the Munster final.

We in Scoil Naomh Eoin are very proud of these fantastic achievements, and look forward to supporting each of them in their future sporting careers!
