On Tuesday the 29th of March, Scoil Naomh Eoin threw open the doors of our school and most importantly the doors of our brand new and wonderful school hall to current and perspective families.
The families were greeted in our fantastic new hall by a cup of tea and some lovely home baking provided by the very generous and helpful parents association. Here they were able to see some of the pupils wonderful work on display. Pictures of a selection of this work are attached below.
The families were then given the opportunity to visit each of the classrooms. In the infant room, they were greeted with some wonderful songs and rhymes. In first and second, they enjoyed the Irish Drama ‘Na Trí Mhuc Beaga’. In third and fourth, they saw the children play chess. Finally, in fifth and sixth, the children had a fabulous display prepared of the amazing Lego Spike, K-Nex architect and K-Nex motorised creations sets that were recently purchased as part of the Creative Schools Initiative.
