King & Queen Road Bowling September 2024
We were delighted to welcome back all the competitors, from near and far, for the annual King & Queen of the Roads competition! Mo O’Connor, a local musician, very kindly helped the children practice the local bowling song. Our student were in fine voice on the opening morning when they sang The Blood Red Flag and three generations of the McCarthy family helped raise the flag on this beautiful September morning. Our international visitors gifted the school with some wonderful memorable gifts. We hope every competitor in the King and Queen of the Roads competition enjoyed their visit to Ballincurrig!
